"Utopia Cultural Education" asks about the potential of aesthetic and utopian practice in transformation processes in Lusatia: How can cultural education, art and culture support bottom-up processes in the transformation region? What role do utopias from the arts, digital pioneers and cultural education events with art and media play here?

In her lecture, Prof.in Elisabeth Tuider, University of Kassel, will examine the question of constructions of normality in relation to sexuality and violence.

The conference takes place from 15.-16. June 2023 on the main campus of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg. It is organised by Prof. Dr. Astrid Schwarz together with Prof. Dr. Fang, Zaiqing as well as Prof. Zang, Zhihui, both from the Institute for the History of Natural Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing.
