Dear students,

Please find attached information about the courses at the Chair of Wireless Systems in the summer semester 2023:

  1. Security of pervasive Systems (Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Peter Langendörfer).
The module takes place exclusively in presence. Please register for the corresponding Moodle course: CLICK
Registration in the Moodle course is necessary to receive the slides and the exercises. The exam will be either written and oral. The type of exam will depend on the number of participants.

  2. Hands on Wireless Sensor Network Applications (Dr. Krzysztof Piotrowski).

  3. Hands on Knowledge for Side Channel Attacks (Dr. Zoya Dyka)
Due to short-term restructuring and the reorganization of the Crypto-Lab at IHP as well as at the new Hardware Security research area, it is unfortunately not possible to hold this course at short notice.
Please note that this module will be part of a series of lectures in the future, which will provide you with fundamental knowledge in the implementation and appropriate countermeasures of side channel attacks. Among other things, you will be given the opportunity to prepare and submit a scientific paper (technical report) in a team if you perform appropriately. This paper will be referenced.

  4. Security of Resource-constraint Systems (Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Peter Langendörfer)
Due to short-term restructuring, this course cannot be held at short notice.
