We are pleased to invite you to attend our ALD Workshop to be held at the Warsaw University of Technology in Warsaw (Poland) as a satellite event during the E-MRS Fall Meeting 2016.
This workshop is jointly organized by the SOLARIS Synchrotron (Krakow, Poland) and the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg (Cottbus, Germany). It is intended to gather scientists who are working or would like to work in both the fields of atomic layer deposition (ALD) and synchrotron radiation (SR)-based material characterization. The goal is to discuss the needs of the ALD-SR community in Poland and to develop ideas for the new SR-based ALD experiments offered in near future at SOLARIS.
We hope that you will find this event of interest and we look forward to welcoming you in Warsaw.
