Numerous young scientists attended the international Summer School on "Overview of observer techniques applied to control systems for linear and nonlinear systems" at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.

Ceremonial kick-off of the Energy Innovation Center (EIZ) of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg with Stefan Müller, Head of Department "Provision for the Future - Research for Fundamentals and Sustainable Development", Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), and Tobias Dünow, State Secretary, Ministry of Science, Research and Culture (MWFK) of the State of Brandenburg.

The first edition of our event series "Get Into Energy - New R&D Opportunities for Energy Students in Cottbus" offered numerous students the opportunity to network with our partner institutions from the field of energy research.

Minister of Science Dr. Manja Schüle and Sandra Langhof-Siewert from the Brandenburg State Chancellery hand over the grant to the BTU's new Energy Innovation Center (EIZ). More than 90 scientists from 14 disciplines are researching the effective and efficient energy supply of the future together with more than 40 partner institutions.
