The department welcomes two new employees

On October 1, 2025, the department welcomes two new employees: Jonas Betz and Dr. Lukas R. G. Fitz.

Jonas Betz will strengthen the team in research and teaching as a research assistant and doctoral candidate. Starting in the winter semester, he will take over the courses “Personnel Economics and Industrial Relations” and “ABWL VI,” for example.

Dr. Lukas R. G. Fitz, on the other hand, will be working on the research project “VirHand – Virtual Reality to Support Skilled Trades,” which ties in with his recently completed doctoral thesis on the digital transformation of SMEs and digital business models.

We warmly welcome both of them and wish them a good start in their new roles.
