The Association of Friends of the Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus-Senftenberg e.V. is donating new doctoral robes

The successful doctorate, i.e. the achievement of the academic doctorate, is one of the major milestones of an academic career and certifies the ability to work independently and scientifically. The doctoral students receive their doctoral certificate after they have passed and published their dissertation as well as an oral defense, the disputation. This is always a great moment for everyone involved, both for the doctoral alumni and everyone involved in the faculties. So that the ceremony and the souvenir photo can be celebrated even more festively, the traditional gowns are now available for hire in the Alumni Office. This is made possible by the Friends of the BTU, which is also happy about new memberships so that we can continue to support projects at the BTU.

Incidentally, you can not only do individual doctorates in all faculties at the BTU, national and international doctoral programs are also offered in various areas.
