The supervisors of a dissertation are requested to submit a proposal for the composition of the doctoral examination board in accordance with Section 10 of the Doctoral Degree Regulations, agreed with the respective institute, to the faculty council at least one week before the planned opening of a doctoral examination procedure. This proposal should contain the following information:

• Name of the doctoral candidate
• Name, full academic degree and address of at least 2 examiners. The participation of an external examiner is recommended.
• Chairperson (a full-time professor employed at the faculty)
• Other members of the committee
