I am a Junior Researcher at the Chair of IT Security. I obtained my B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, B.Sc. Mathematics, and M.Sc. in Cryptography from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. During my graduate years, I also worked at private companies for research and development of cryptography and privacy preserving technologies.
Although I am interested in Cryptography as a whole, my research mostly focuses on Post-Quantum Cryptography, Digital Signature Schemes, and Privacy Preserving Technologies. Currently, I work on the privacy preserving techniques in home automation devices in order to enhance the protection of the privacy of the people that use these devices.
I am currently working on the Energy Innovation Center Project at the COSYS Lab. In order to contribute to the project's overall aim, the topics I study includes the advanced cryptographic protocols that preserve the privacy of home automation devices and possible attacks on those protocols.
