Research is currently focussing on the image of social work in the public eye. The chair is also investigating the following research questions, among others:

How does the use of digital communication tools affect the working relationship between professionals and clients?
What digital skills do social workers need?
What are the recipients' views on digital social work services?
How can the classic theories of social work be transferred to digitalised conditions?
