Internal Call for Proposals - Publication Support (Deadline: 30 April 2022)

One of the instruments for implementing the research goals of the University Development Plan is the BTU's central research budget. A coordinated concept was developed for these funds, consisting of new and proven internal funding measures.

The funding measure "1-2022 Publication Support" was developed in cooperation between the University Library and the Unit for Research Funding. It aims to increase publication activity at the BTU and, in particular, to support the transformation to open publication models. This should help to increase the visibility, discoverability, accessibility and re-usability of the BTU's scientific output.

Specifically, the funding consists of the subsequent payment of Open Access publication fees in Gold Open Access journals up to a maximum amount of € 1,500. You can find more details in the call for proposals. You will also find the application form there

Applications can be submitted until 30 April 2022.

Subject to a final decision, a second funding round is planned for autumn 2022. The announcement will be published in due time, if applicable.
