In 2026, GRS will again award mobility grants to doctoral students and postdocs in the early phase after their doctorate. In addition to conference attendance and short research stays, we also support participation in online conferences.
The junior research group led by Dr. Marius Klug was evaluated on 15 December 2025. Following the successful completion of this interim evaluation, the Young Investigator Group “Intuitive XR” has been extended until March 2028.
On 2 December 2025, the BTU Welcome Centre, the Graduate Research School, and the PhD Programme Coordination once again organised an end-of-year event for young researchers at BTU and their families.
The first onboarding event for new doctoral candidates at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg proved to be a successful networking event that made a significant contribution to the participants getting to know each other and exchanging ideas.
In the winter semester, the Research Department will once again be organising a series of seminars on grant applications to support BTU researchers in their efforts to secure external funding.
