Postdoc Network Brandenburg – CfA: Research Group (Deadline: 1 October 2024)

The Postdoc Network Brandenburg (PNB) invites experienced national and international postdoctoral researchers - without a completed habilitation - this year exclusively from the Life Sciences, Natural Sciences and Engineering Sciences as defined by the DFG (German Research Foundation) to apply for
a PNB Research Group starting in the course of 2025. 

Application procedure

Please also note the changes to the application process and the start of funding compared to previous years:

1. To simplify and speed up the application process, we no longer require an employer's statement as part of the application process. An employer's statement will only be required from candidates who are shortlisted during the selection process.
2. To avoid promising applications being rejected due to incomplete or incorrect documents or for labour law reasons, we ask you to point out to the applicants that the research department will carry out a preliminary check in this regard. Please send the applications to Ms Kahnt (kahnt(at)b-tu.de) before sending them to the PNB.
3. Another change from previous years' calls is that funding must be taken up within six months of approval. Please bear this in mind when planning your applicant's stay.
