At BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, the MINT study programmes include the basic subjects of mathematics, computer science, physics and information technologies. In combination with application areas, for example in medicine, business or security-relevant infrastructures, they offer solidly trained students excellent prospects for their future careers. In their practice-oriented studies, they learn, for example, how to design industrial plants safely, optimise traffic flows, help people in need or prevent disasters using methodical approaches and algorithms. Wireless communication technologies and reliable, secure, distributed data processing and the underlying electronic components are essential in this context, as a digital world of tomorrow will not manage without them.
