The library of the Institute of History of Art and Architecture supplements the holdings of the University Library with special topics in the history of architecture and art that are linked to the key research areas and interests of the IBK's Staff Members.
As a reference library with approximately 23,000 books. It offers students and scholars and as well as staff members of Faculty 6 who would be interested in building and art history, the opportunity for topic-oriented, browsing discovery within a wide variety of subject areas. The holdings of the IBK Library are indexed as part of the UB's book collection and can be searched via the University Library's OPAC.

Opening hours

The IBK library is open from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm.
