Advanced seminar on Organization, Human Resources Management and General Management (11895, former 38503)

Content: 

The students develop a scientific research question and the associated research design within a given timeframe in a team. The topics vary from semester to semester and covered topics in the past semesters such as "Man-Machine Interaction","Diversity Management" or "Cooperation in and between companies". The focus is on current issues of corporate management, organization or human resource management, as well as teamwork, structured work and presentation skills.

Exam und Credits: 

  • For 4 CPs as module 38503:12 pages of seminar paper per person (70%) and mid-term presentation 10 minutes (30%)
  • For 6 CPs as module 11895: independent writing of a seminar paper, 18 pages per person (70%) and mid-term presentation, 15 minutes (30%)
