Empirical Organizational Research (11974)
Content:
True to the motto "learning by doing", the course focuses on the own research project. The students choose their own research questions and conduct an empirical investigation on their own. The work is carried out in self-directed learning groups with intensive tutoring. Scientific work and, above all, critical analysis of figures and statistics is trained. Thus, the module is the optimal preparation for the master thesis.
