1st Cottbus Dinner Lecture: Climate. Healthy. Food.
These and other questions will be the focus of the 1st Cottbus Dinner Lecture on June 26, 2024 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the canteen at the BTU main campus (Walther-Pauer-Straße 4). Five speakers will examine this exciting module area from different perspectives in 4 lectures and look for answers in their presentations.
Marc Schreiber from the BTU worked on the nutrition strategy for Brandenburg and will talk about the winding paths to good food. The two biotechnologists Bianca Wentow and Juliane Rothe will be looking at the connection between nutrient supply and intestinal health. Julia Gogolewska from the German Alliance on Climate Change and Health will present the connection between nutrition and climate change and Robert Geßner from Kantine Zukunft will talk about the challenges of modern menus.
It goes without saying that this event will not neglect catering. Otherwise it wouldn't be called a Dinner Lecture. Admission is free.
