Low-Noise Amplifier
The focus is on highly linear or highly robust low-noise amplifiers in GaN technology.

Our main partner is the Ferdinand-Braun-Insitut, Leibniz-Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik, at Berlin-Adlershof.
