Note: The course consists of four lecture dates on 02.11.2022, 14.12.2022, 18.01.2023 and 08.02.2022 at BTU Cottbus as well as a block course during the semester break (presumably 06.-10.03.2023) at IHP - Leibniz Institute for High Performance Microelectronics in Frankfurt (Oder).
