Coordinated by the LEONARDO-office Brandenburg are the two programmes

• ERASMUS-placements for students and
• LEONARDO DA VINCI for graduates

which within the Life Long Learning Programme of the European Union try to prepare students and young academics better for their entry into the European Labour market as well as to place European companies, institutions and organisations with well educated, professional and inter-cultural adept interns.

Regional project offices like the LEONARDO-office Brandenburg are conducting the programmes (i.e. selection of students and graduates, coordination and cooperation with companies and organisations, granting scholarships and mentoring scholarship holders). Since more than 10 years we conduct mobility-projects and were able to establish a network of close contacts between universities, small and middle sized companies, partners in industry, chambers of commerce as well as organisations and federations.

By participating in the LLP-programmes you get into contact to universities and thereby also into contact to prospective employees and contact persons in other European countries. By taking interns from the LEONARDO-office Brandenburg you benefit also from the transfer of knowledge on innovative technological research and latest developments. New ideas and methods our students acquired at universities in their respective home countries will contribute to your employees knowledge and improve your companies ability to compete in international markets. All interns we will place with you are studying in graduate school programmes, completed their pre-degree at minimum and therefore already skilled in their field.

Our well educated and highly motivated interns ensure and intensive transfer of newest theoretical knowledge and research results from academia to industry. The huge majority of our interns worked convincingly in companies and organisations, showing a broad knowledge and outstanding performance. Many of them were offered an employment on permanent basis.
