From the Senftenberg Fairy Tale Days to the DLR_School_Lab at the BTU

As one of the institutions that make Senftenberg particularly colorful and worth living in, the BTU was also called upon to donate a prize as part of the 28th Senftenberg Fairy Tale Days, which took place from March 15 to 17, 2023, under the motto "Fairy Tales as Colorful as Senftenberg."

Centre for student acquisition and university preparation (college) donated a particularly attractive prize, which was raffled on Friday, March 17, at the closing event of the Senftenberg Fairy Tale Days in the Wendish Church of the district town and handed over by College employee Barbara Meitz.

And so the winner - former teacher Christine Slomka, from Schipkau - was delighted to spend a day experimenting at the new DLR_School_Lab BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg at the BTU's central campus in Cottbus: "As a works teacher, I have a great affinity for technology and am already very excited about the great experiments." But Ms. Slomka does not want to visit DLR_School_Lab alone. In great solidarity with the "Paul Noack" elementary school, where she taught, she will take two students with her to the BTU in recognition of special achievements, as well as the school's principal, Brit Hacke.
