Students of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) are allowed to present their start-up ideas in Italy: The winning team "Modeck" will compete in the finals of the EUNICE Imagine Innovation Cup on July 18 in Catania. Likewise successful students of the EUNICE Contamination Lab will further develop their ideas in a Summer School from July 10-14.

The Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) is actively participating in the nationwide online lecture series 2023. Titled "Language - thought and formulated critical of discrimination. => Gender justice? History, Motives and Impact", the event will take place on Wednesday, June 21, from 4 to 6 pm.

"The invisible unveiled" - Together with the partner universities from the EUNICE Alliance, Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) is planning a traveling exhibition to make science visible. Researchers* at BTU can submit photos of their work until June 15, 2023. The exhibition will be held at the BTU in 2024.

In the "Open BTU" lecture series, Prof. Dr. Matthias Wolff will focus on the current topic of AI on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at the Cottbus Central Campus of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU).

Beginning April 19, 2023, the BTU Debate Club will meet weekly on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. in Bühne 8. Debates will be held in German and English. All interested parties are welcome!
