Learning Outcome:Knowledge and practical skills in basic methods and tools for the organisation and management of software development projects. Development of a personal work discipline for conducting software projects.
Contents:Process models, maturity models for software processes, process design, process measurement and optimisation, effort and cost estimation, quality assurance, team mangament, human factors, communication, work organisation.
Recommended Prerequisites:Knowledge of basic programming techniques, experience in the implementation of small software development projects, e.g. knowledge of the topics of module
