Learning Outcome:Students get familiar with important web concepts and technologies, and acquire the methodological skills required for developing web applications. In particular, they learn fundamental information management concepts (enumerations, integrity constraints and data validation, associations, inheritance in class hierarchies) and how to use techniques of Model-Driven Development.

  • From JavaScript to TypeScript
  • Distributed Web Applications with Firebase Cloud Services
Recommended Prerequisites:Participants must have good knowledge in Java-programming and web-technologies, equivalent to module 12316 (Specification Languages and Processing Techniques for Web Documents).

  • Successful completion of project assignments, scope depends on task (40%)
  • 10-12 online tests, 15 min. each (50%)
  • Participation in class meetings, discussion forum, etc. (10%)
