Content:
The students gain a first insight into all questions of human resource management, how they will encounter them either as supervisors or as employees in their later professional life. Topics include vocational training and further education, recruitment and application, remuneration and personnel appraisal. It also explains the fabric of industrial relations in Europe and their impact on employers and workers.
