Guideline for sustainable events

Many and very different events are organized at the BTU. In order to make these as sustainable as possible, a guideline for the sustainable organization of events at the BTU has been published.

A guidline for the organization of sustainable events has been created to help all university members organize events of any kind as sustainably as possible. It provides an overview of all relevant aspects of sustainable event management and offers practical tips, links and contacts for the respective implementation:

  • Planning the event
  • Preparation of the rooms
  • Accommodation of participants
  • Catering
  • Follow-up of the event
  • Social aspects
