Structural change in Lusatia as a social challenge

The Centre for Structural Change and Regional Development (ZESTUR) is officially launching at the BTU with a celebratory kick-off event in Startblock B2 in Cottbus. Around 60 representatives from academia, politics and public administration, as well as from civil society in Lusatia, will celebrate the launch of the new centre on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
