In our region, which is characterized by structural change, it is particularly important for companies today to be adaptable and to continuously optimize manufacturing processes. The concept of agile manufacturing methods offers an approach that makes it possible to react quickly and efficiently to the requirements of an increasingly dynamic business world.

The Center for Hybrid Electric System Cottbus (chesco) at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg cordially invites you to the contact conference focusing on "Transfer of Agile Manufacturing Methods". At chesco, hybrid-electric and electric drive systems are researched for the mobility of the future. Here, more than 30 chairs and departments contribute their expertise. In addition to the development and testing of drive systems, a particular focus is on the production of prototypes. For this purpose, innovative and agile manufacturing methods are used at chesco and are continuously developed further. Currently, the chesco research factory with more than 150 systems and machines in the manufacturing area is being established in Cottbus-Dissenchen.
