The chesco will create up to 400 jobs for the region in the coming years.
Currently we are looking for team members for our project taf - transfer of agile manufacturing methods and the development of the chesco research factory.

On October 05, 2023, we will open our research factory for you and answer questions about working in our team.
Between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. you can visit our project rooms and the halls with production and test area and get to know the team.

The chesco research factory has state-of-the-art manufacturing, testing and digitalization technologies. If you want to help shape the future of Lusatia and do something for climate protection in the process, you've come to the right place!  At chesco, research is conducted on hybrid-electric and electric systems in the fields of aviation, rail, road and off-road. With chesco, a unique European center is being created consisting of a research center with co-working possibilities for the realization of development projects, a manufacturing center for the use of innovative production technologies including complete digitalization of all development, manufacturing, operation and maintenance processes as well as a test center with state-of-the-art possibilities for testing the developed novel systems and prototypes.
