Alexander von Humboldt Foundation scholarship holders will find out about research at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg from 25 to 27 February. The aim of the meeting is to network with each other, get to know the BTU and promote scientific exchange.

Dr.-Ing. Turgut Saner has been teaching and researching at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) since the winter semester 2024/25. At the Institute of History of Art and Architecture, he passes on his expertise in late Ottoman art and architecture as well as archaeology to students and colleagues based on his experiences in his home city of Istanbul.

Well attended and lively - this year's end-of-year event for PhD students and postdocs at BTU was a great success! On 3rd December, more than 50 young researchers gathered to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the diplomatic college of the Federal Foreign Office also visited the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg on its trip through Brandenburg

As part of the module "Communication of Science and Technology", 40 BTU students had the opportunity to gain practical insights into five manufacturing industries together with Professor Roh Pin Lee, Chair of Decarbonization and Transformation of Industry.
