How can we better address the major challenges of the present and future – such as climate change, digitalization, social inequality, and economic change? What contribution can education and research make here?

The interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary program in Transformation Studies addresses these questions and challenges, addressing current developments in society, politics, business, and science. This internationally oriented Master's program is designed to enable students to understand, scientifically investigate, and support the complexity of processes of socio-cultural, socio-technical, socio-economic, and institutional change in societies within their respective environments. They will learn to actively shape transformation processes through independently implemented research, development, or consulting projects.
