Learning Outcome: | Students will obtain state-of-the-art knowledge about the use and the formulation of modern discretization methods in the frame of the finite element method and/or other numerical solution procedures. Besides theoretical knowledge, which is conveyed in initial input lectures, students will learn how to implement these novel approaches in a numerical solution framework. |
