Learning Outcome: | Based on the fundamentals of general fluid mechanics, the course takes an in-depth look at the phenomena of convection. In this case, the nonlinearity of the equations plays a central role. Goal of the course is to develop a clear understanding of convective processes with application to technical and environmental problems. The physical and mathematical techniques also in view of multi-scale nonlinear interactions will be imparted so that the course participants can apply them to practical problems. |
