13724 - Active Structures Modulübersicht
Module Number: | 13724 |
Module Title: | Active Structures |
Aktive Tragwerke | |
Department: | Faculty 6 - Architecture, Civil Engineering and Urban Planning |
Responsible Staff Member: |
|
Language of Teaching / Examination: | English |
Duration: | 1 semester |
Frequency of Offer: | Every summer semester |
Credits: | 6 |
Learning Outcome: | Knowledge / Skills: Bringing together theories, methods and tools from different fields for the optimal design of active structures. Competencies: After successful participation in the module, students are able to design, model and simulate simple active structures or adaptronic / mechatronic systems. The contents of the module are applied by working with the simulation software Matlab/Simulink. |
Contents: | Concepts for active structures Modeling and simulation of simple active structures as a basis for the design of mechatronic systems (state space representation) Mechatronic / adaptronic systems (sensors, actuators, control) Active and semi-active systems for vibration control Model-based control design |
