Learning Outcome:

Within the container module, students flexibly select teaching offerings in the field of leadership and management from partner universities within the EUNICE university alliance. They acquire both subject-specific and interdisciplinary competencies in an international context. Through digital or hybrid collaboration with students and lecturers from other countries, they develop intercultural competencies and contribute to fostering a European identity. The module promotes openness, self-organization, and the ability to purposefully utilise diverse educational offerings.

 

Whether the selected offerings from the EUNICE University Alliance correspond to the learning objectives of this module shall be decided by the examination board if there is any doubt.

Contents:

The focus of the module is on the individual selection and use of teaching offerings from the European University Alliance EUNICE. Selected content from the fields of management and leadership is considered. Examples could include offerings in the areas of social skills, project management, organization, or leadership competencies. These are independently researched by the students according to their interests and study progress and integrated into the module in consultation with the module coordinator. Intercultural exchange and connection with students from other universities are viewed as valuable components of the module. Thus, the module serves as a container for diverse, international learning formats within the European higher education area.
