Learning Outcome:

After successfully completing the module, students will have acquired the skills needed to use computer science literature in order to familiarize themselves with a new, complex topic. They will be able to present the results, in oral as well as in written form.

Contents:

State of the art in a using modern artificial intelligence methods in the application field of music. This includes, but is not limited to, instrument recognition, song recognition, genre recognition, music composition, and music evaluation.

Recommended Prerequisites:

Solid knowledge of the seminar topic.

Teaching Materials and Literature:

Literature references for individual retrieval will be provided at the beginning of the seminar.
