Learning Outcome:

After successfully completing the course, students will have hands-on experience with RFIC architectures for wireless systems and circuits. They will also have gained an overview about the main RF building blocks and developed a solid understanding of the primary performance parameters in RF wireless systems.

Recommended Prerequisites:
  • Knowledge of topics of transistor physics and electrical engineering at a level corresponding to the level of a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
