Learning Outcome:During the lecture, students learn about a variety of management tools and how to apply them in the context of typical management tasks. The focus is on the three core processes "Customer Relationship Management (CRM)“, "Supply Chain Management (SCM)“ and "Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)" with an emphasized international orientation. It is equally about the analysis of problems/challenges and the implementation of measures. The students are then able to select and apply suitable management tools in a management situation that is new to them.

Recommended Prerequisites:
  • Degree in Power Engineering (electrical or thermal) or related engineering fields
  • Understanding of Energy Distribution and High Voltage Products

  • Preparation of a presentation document / approx. 10 slides (summary of a selected management topic); topics will be distributed in each winter semester

  • eTest in the IKMZ, 90 minutes
