Contents:Basics: Simulation of process plants (with Aspen Plus, Chemcad), design errors,
CAE-Information technology, control- and automation,
start-up procedure,

Optimization: Strategy/methods for optimization of process plants, optimization with
e.g. AspenPlus and dynamic simulation with e.g. AspenDynamics, case studies

Recommended Prerequisites:Strongly recommended: Fundamentals of mathematics, physics (thermodynamics, heat- and mass-transfer), process plant design
