JSTOR - five collections in the BTU campus network

Archives of over 1.000 journals

The university library has acquired the JSTOR Essentials collection with special funds for digital infrastructures. Now the full texts of the archives of over 1,000 journals are permanently available to the users of our university library.

This concerns subject areas such as economics, ecology, mathematics, biology, health, history etc.

The access is possible in the BTU campus network and from outside via VPN (see access conditions). Journals are covered from their first volume up to a so-called moving wall (usually not the most recent 4 - 6 volumes).

In the tutorials "How to use JSTOR" (Youtube) by the provider, you can learn more about the functions of this portal.

When you have a free personal JSTOR account, there are up to six articles per month available in read online mode (no download), which are not part of the licence package of the respective institution (further information).
