Extension of your borrowed media

An extension of the loan period is possible if no one has added a notification to this medium.

The renewal period is 8 weeks.
An extension of the loan period is possible online via your personal library account. This can be revoked if a user makes a notification on the media.

Number of possible renewals

Borrowed media can be extended up to three times. For a fourth renewal we ask you to submit the medium at the circulation desk.

How to extend the loan period ?

  1. Log into the library catalogue.
  2. Choose you location
  3. Click on the "Account".
  4. Enter user number and passwort
  5. For media, which may be extended, the link is "possible extension" offered.
