About me

I am a Junior Researcher at the Chair of IT Security. I received my bachelor’s degree in electrical and my master’s degree in system engineering from China. Following my master's studies, I worked as an algorithm engineer in a Chinese company for one year, primarily focusing on the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms for indoor positioning system. Afterward, I relocated to Germany and worked as a scientific assistant at RWTH Aachen University for two years, where my focus was on Data Science and Process Mining.

Research Interests

I have a general interest in data science, particularly in machine learning algorithms such as dimensionality reduction, classification and clustering. I am also intrigued by process mining, specifically the extraction of object-centric event logs from database management systems. Currently, my research focuses on developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for anomaly detection, as well as solving the security and privacy challenges of 5G/6G communication networks.

Projects

I am currently involved in the WAIKIKI project, where we utilize machine learning algorithms for anomaly detection. My objective is to develop and implement effective model learning based on incomplete training data to reduce error rates in self-learning anomaly detection. Additionally, I am committed to addressing the security and privacy challenges in 5G/6G communication networks.
