My current research focuses on trophic interactions, mainly of plants and insects; the effect of land use and land management on biodiversity; biodiversity functions and ecosystem services; and grasslands biodiversity conservation. I'm currently working on incorporating trophic interactions into the optimization of cost-effective agri-environmental schemes for biodiversity conservation in grasslands.

I also hold a master of science in Environmental and Resource Management and a bachelor of science in Biotechnology.
