Stefanie holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering (2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Engineering (2011) from BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.

Before joining the team in 2024, Stefanie worked as a teacher, imparting mathematical and physical knowledge while fostering curiosity in intermediate students. Between 2012 and 2021, she was employed at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH in Berlin as an asset and project manager. During this period, Stefanie gained deep insights into various aspects of the business of a network operator.

Since September 2024, Stefanie has been working for BTU as a Transfer and Innovation Manager at the Energy Innovation Center (EIZ).
