On 1 April 2023, Batuhan Hangün started working on the DIREKT project as a new researcher. His main task is to build data acquisition and data processing systems for the development of the digital twin for the aviation industry.

On October 10th, 2022 Alexander Lehnert started as a new research associate at the Chair of Computer Engineering.
Their primary field of research is the design of hardware architectures for reconfigurable devices as well as the mapping of deep neural nets to hardware designs with the means of computational coding algorithms.

On July 1st, 2022, Farehe Giahi started as a new research associate at the Chair of Computer Engineering.
Her primary research area is the design of hardware architectures with a focus on computation coding algorithms to accelerate deep neural networks.
