Review of the 18th Cottbus lightweight construction workshop

On March 14 and 15, the tradition of the Cottbus lightweight construction workshop was revived at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg - with complete success! Under the direction of the Institute for Lightweight Construction and Value Creation Management (ILW) and the SpreeTec neXt cluster project, people interested in lightweight construction came together at starting block B2.

The guest student program "WISSEN FÜR ALLE" starts into a diverse summer semester

The Open University brings together students, professionals and people who want to continue their education after graduation. As every semester, we offer a wide range of courses, workshops, project groups and excursions. The new program will be published with a catalog hot off the press at the end of March. The courses start in the second week of April.

Textile innovations for outpatient healthcare

Therapy scientists at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) are investigating the use of future technologies for successful ageing. In a new project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and focusing on Upper Lusatia, the university is working closely with companies.
