Expertise from industry for practical research and teaching

Prof. Dr. Arnd Garsuch, an expert from BASF SE in Ludwigshafen, has strengthened the Institute of Materials Chemistry at Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg. As an honorary professor of technical electrochemistry, he will contribute his expertise to joint research projects and the further development of the courses on offer at the Senftenberg campus.

5G for change in Lusatia

The iCampus at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) is inviting industry partners to its 5G Day on 22 January 2025. The BTU's self-sufficient 5G network has been in operation since spring 2024. It can be used free of charge by regional companies. The focus will be on the advantages and opportunities this offers for commercial enterprises.
