The Equal Opportunities Office is a point of contact for all members of the university community. It offers support, advice and assistance in cases relating to, among other things, the following:
- Sexual discrimination, harassment and violence, as well as difficulties in the study and work environment
- Bullying and stalking
- Financial support for female scientists
Representation for People with Disabilities
The representation for people with disabilities supports the integration of employees with disabilities or chronic illnesses, represents their interests and provides them with advice and assistance.
- Monitoring the fulfilment of legal requirements and principles
- Supporting applications for preventive measures
- Support with applications for the asessment of disability
Monitoring Center
With its action plan against (extreme) right-wing influence, the BTU is actively positioning itself against right-wing extremism and discrimination. The Monitoring Center is part of the implementation of the action plan. It documents incidents of (extreme) right-wing influence and discrimination, explains the background and supports those affected.
