Foreign tax law

Foreign tax law deals with the tax consequences of a cross-border situation in Germany. The primary purpose of foreign tax law is to avoid double taxation and to promote foreign investment. The legal basis for this is regulated in various (EU) directives and laws, which will be presented and explained in this seminar.
