Seminar »Open Access and research data management in the context of the good scientific practice«
Good scientific practice means more than simply avoiding plagiarism rather it covers a broader range of aspects e.g. data management and the publishing processes. With the rise of predatory publishing and fake conferences it becomes more and more important to pay attention to responsible authorship. In the fifth seminar of the lecture series »How to acquire funding for your research career – From writing a successful proposal to scientific career development« tools and guidelines for critical contemplation will be introduced and discussed. The guidelines of the good scientific practice of the BTU ensure quality of research output and help you to prevent scientific misconduct.
